As a Director, Finance, you will be responsible for using your financial expertise to manage the execution of the finance strategy and internal controls. As part of the management team reporting directly to the Vice President, Finance (also a CPA), the Director, Finance will be comfortable in a management role that demands independence, clear analytical abilities, communication, and presentation skills. This position interacts with all levels of the organization and has the responsibility to create financial and operational reports that lead to insightful, accurate business decision making, positive company growth, as well as the implementation of critical short and longer-term strategies, policies and safeguards to ensure the prudent management of company resources. Furthermore, the Director, Finance will assist to manage, coordinate, and administer the financial aspects of new project execution and creation of subsidiaries as part of our growing portfolio of renewables in North America.

As a Power Plant Operator with Envest, you will report to the Power Plant Supervisor and will be responsible for effectively running the power plant by recording daily logs, monitoring trending, and carrying out immediate and preventative maintenance to maximize power plant uptime. The position is responsible for conducting inspections to detect any equipment problems and taking corrective action as necessary.

As an Engineering Manager with Envest, you will report to the Vice President, Engineering and Projects and will be responsible for oversight of all engineering and design components for new projects that are being developed as part of our growing portfolio of renewables in North America. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of area and discipline engineers and manage the planning, resourcing, and scheduling of all engineering-related activities.

As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for performing accounting, analytical and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions, and managing and maintaining financial records. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will also be working with Envest’s Controller, and interacting with the operations teams and various levels of the organization.
